For product managers and engineering leaders
How to Compete in the World of AI
AI gives engineering teams speed and capacity. Navian adds quality.
See how it worksThe shift
Capacity is no longer the advantage
AI gives every engineering team close to unlimited capacity at marginal cost. Your competitors get the same capacity. The old constraint is gone on both sides: engineering can build anything, and product can ask for anything. Speed is no longer a moat.
The advantage
Quality is the new competition
Customers choose the product that works. Quality is now the differentiating value, and it impacts revenue directly. Customers rarely report a slow page or a failed checkout. They simply leave. In addition, quality is the hardest advantage for a competitor to copy. It is the one advantage a team still controls.
The method
We measure to fix
One cannot improve what one cannot measure, and most teams cannot say whether their product improved last month. Navian runs a simple loop. We measure quality on every release, so a change shows up as a number. Every measurement turns into insights, immediately available to your AI's context to write the fix. Consequently, the same unlimited capacity that commoditized speed now improves your quality.
Step one
First, measure
We measure out of the box, with no integration project, and we measure what the business already cares about.
Step two
The measurement feeds the fix
We do not stop at collecting data. Every measurement turns into insights and analysis, and that analysis feeds the fix in real time. There is no project to build and nothing to wire up. Your AI agents work from that analysis, together with your rules and your real code, and every change is verified before it ships. After every change, we measure again, and the loop continues.
The result
Quality becomes a shared number
Once quality is a number, it stops being a debate. The product manager decides which problems matter (a failed checkout, an abandoned journey) and prioritizes them by revenue and risk. Engineering fixes the problems and verifies the fix. Both sides work from the same score. Consequently, quality becomes a shared number rather than an argument.
Why us
Navian did not start as a tools company. We were building an AI travel agent. Speed came easily. Quality did not. So we built the tools that measured and held our own quality, and those tools became the product.

AI helps you build faster. Navian makes sure you build better.
